Next week, Reed Coleman launches his 2007 book tour for SOUL PATCH, the much anticipated sequel to THE JAMES DEANS, which won the Shamus, Barry, and Anthony Awards. The sequel takes place six years later as ex-cop turned PI Moe Prager launches an investigation after his friend and current NYPD Chief of Detectives commits suicide.
Also new on the bookshelves is THE BETRAYERS by James Patrick Hunt. In a starred review, Booklist said Hunt is "the real deal" and likens him to Elmore Leonard.
Vicki Hendricks' latest book isn't available in the U.S. until May, but Bill Crider's already getting excited about CRUEL POETRY.
